Great work, couldn’t be more pleased! We had 3 jobs in one done. A 8ft tall wood privacy fence put up, the stain, the design and craftsmanship was excellent. We had a 13ft section of black chain link which was installed seamlessly. Then the biggest was removed 60ft of wood fence and gates. Installed rod iron fencing with a walk through gate as well as an automatic 27ft gate. This gate is so quiet and smooth if your back was turned you wouldn’t know it was opening. All work was completed within 3 days as quoted, communication was excellent, cleanup was spotless. Safety fencing was put up at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Working with Rollins Fence was comfortable and free from stress. We took 2 months after the initial bid to make our decision and schedule the project. During that time we never felt pressured to start the job but instead we received great communication and timely answers to questions. Once we committed, our job was scheduled and executed within the week (January-February timeline). We had previously seen the work of Rollins at another home that we liked and they worked with us to make sure the same crew of workers were on our job. We had three companies come in person to give us quotes to replace the fence that wraps around on back patio. Two other companies quoted us significantly more than Rollins for the most basic, untreated fence, with additional costs on top. Rollins charged less for the premium fence and included things like permit, and the wood was pre-treated, etc. This is VERY HIGH quality work. I was really impressed because there were what appeared to be a few unexpected things like, a very large rock that was not able to be moved that was in the way of where a post should be, and a change in level from the porch, but these guys did some quick problem solving, and our fence was still able to be completed in one day, which I really appreciated. We were even surprised when they hauled away our old fence too! We are very happy with our fence and this was definitely money well-spent. We would very highly recommend. Eddie is super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect fence for my yard and worked with me on the complicated areas that I was worried about. He got me on the schedule a few weeks out with the possibility of coming early if a spot opened up. He was able to come early (yay!) and it took his team less than 3 days to demo my old overgrown mess of a chain link fence, install new posts and get all the panels and trim up. I had several neighbors coming over to ask who did it because it was so fast and looked so incredible. And the attention to detail at the fence mine butted up to and the gates was amazing.
